When Langcourt was established in England in 1984, our intended market was the repair and replating of damaged high performance engine cylinders.

Over the years, we have been approached by manufacturers from all corners of the world to process their new production cylinders (from small singles to large V-8's), including prototype work and volume production. Clearly, this is an area that we find exciting and challenging, and one that we treat very seriously indeed.

Often, initial evaluation work will be undertaken at one of our own facilities. Once testing has been completed satisfactorily, we are able to continue production at the same facility, establish a local facility close to the clients own manufacturing plant, or formalise a licensing or joint venture agreement to benefit both parties.

We pride ourselves on our ability to act quickly, confidentially and decisively to assist our clients in reaching their goals. We are able to commit to a project at short notice, then get on with it with equal speed.
